(1.)  PRICE: 

Bobby will play your "BONFIRE"

for a  flat rate of $2000.00 (plus

air travel when needed)

you will be required to send a $1000 deposit along with a signed "simple" contract

Nothin' complicated, just a one page deal

layin' out what everybody said they were gonna do...

before somebody gets drunk and forgets! 
(Don't Ask Me How I Know! )

The balance will be due (DAY OF SHOW) IN CASH before Bobby begins.

You are allowed to sell tickets to the public for your event to raise money to cover your costs.  The average ticket price is Twenty Dollars

 
(2.) LENGTH OF SET : 

Bobby will play one (1) sixty-minute acoustic set consisting of his original songs from his albums plus his radio hits that have been performed by other artist

WARNING:  HE MIGHT PLAY 'TIL YOU RUN OUTTA BEER  Don't count on it, but be prepared for it !

Anything could happen knowin' him!!!

(3.) STAGE REQUIREMENTS

Bobby's typical stage will be the back of

a regular size pick-up bed parked on level ground

a (NEW) sheet of 3/4" 4x8 plywood will need to be

placed flat in the bed.  Please, no small trucks and No Monster trucks !!!

Any other stage arrangements should be pre-approved 

(4.)  SOUND and LIGHTS

If it's a "Drive Date," (within 300 miles or  6 hours of Nashville TN,)

Bobby will travel with a small, simple, self contained

sound and lighting system

(This ain't Woodstock !!! )

On a "FLY" date, you will be responsible for the

sound and lights (requirements will be discussed and approved ahead of time)

If your Bonfire is in B.F.E (out in the middle of uncle Johnny’s cow pasture) with no POWER, it's gonna be a generator deal  WE'LL CROSS THIS BRIDGE WHEN WE COME TO IT

(5.) TRAVEL - Bobby will drive to any Bonfire within

a 6 hr, (300 mile radius)

(we'll try to be as flexible on this as possible) he will drive up to ten hours for an additional charge 
Any location further than this will require a
BIG SHINY AIRPLANE !!!

If airfare is necessary, the exact price of the ticket

will be an additional cost to you

(all travel must be handled through the travel agent

in this office.)

(6.) TRANSPORTATION- On a fly date, you are

Responsible for personally transporting Bobby to and

from the hotel and the show

He will not borrow your cousin Carl's moped to  transport himself because…

a. his insurance won't cover such a thing and

b.  IT JUST AIN'T COOL

(7.) HOTEL-Bobby will be responsible for booking/

purchasing his own hotel room---unless of course your daughter dates a guy whose dad owns a chain of high-end "Super Eights"

in which case we would greatly appreciate you 

"throwin' us a bone!"

(8.)  HOSPITALITY - 2 hot dogs and a S'more, A SIX PACK (H2O or somethin') and a sweat towel
Okay, Three sweat towels!!!

9.  LIABILITY- you will be required to sign a

liability waiver releasing Bobby of  responsibility for any incident or accident occurring while he is on the premises.  In other words, (If  Shelly So and So gets drunk and falls in the fire while dancing franticly to "DON'T ASK ME HOW I KNOW”)

Bobby can't and won't be held responsible!!!

You might want to think about having an opening act and/or karaoke for the time when Bobby is not on stage.  (should be arranged with John ahead of time)
